3 Nights Per Week

Clairville Residential Home is a small, family-run residential home providing person-centred care for 17 residents. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home and staff are valued as part of our close-knit team.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents with their daily needs, and leading the care team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and homely environment throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
Administer medication in line with company policies and procedures.
Support, guide, and supervise care staff during shifts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
Promote residents' dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.
Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals where appropriate.
Help maintain a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role.
Experience administering medication.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to care.
Relevant health and social care qualifications are desirable.
