Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part Time & Full Time Hotfood assistants to join our team. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot foods, deli items and bakery products, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

These roles will involve week days and weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare hot food, deli items and bakery products according to company standards and recipes
Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and professional service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed at all times
Upsell products to maximise sales opportunities
Manage stock levels, restocking as necessary during shifts
Assist with food presentation to ensure visual appeal for customers
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications

Previous experience in hot food, a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
