Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Roof Tile Factory Operative! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring high-quality roof tiles are produced efficiently and safely. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to delivering durable, attractive roofing solutions to our customers. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills in manufacturing and assembly. This is a paid position that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy factory setting.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of roof tiles, ensuring smooth and continuous operation
Monitor production lines for defects or issues, making adjustments as needed to uphold quality standards
Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products within the warehouse or production area
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
Support team members with various tasks related to tile manufacturing, assembly, and packaging

Experience

Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with factory environments is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, physically demanding setting
