Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you'll help shape learning across our organisation, supporting colleagues with innovative, accessible, and effective e-learning solutions. Salary: £37,878 - £41,150

Benefits: company car or car allowance (up to £7,115 per annum), up to 10% annual bonus, 3x life assurance policy, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), sick pay, and additional benefits.

Location: Maidenhead OR any SUEZ UK office (hybrid working 3 x per week)

What will I be Doing?

As our Instructional Designer, you will:

Design, develop and deliver high-quality digital learning and e-learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
Create storyboards, multimedia content and learning materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia and LMS platforms.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, accuracy and on-time delivery while continuously evaluating and improving learning effectiveness.

What are the Requirements?

We're looking for someone who brings a blend of instructional design expertise, creativity and stakeholder engagement skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3-5 years' experience in e-learning content development.
Proven experience designing and delivering self-guided digital learning programmes, with strong knowledge of learning principles, learner engagement and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, together with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Photoshop, Vyond and Camtasia.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.
