Job Summary

Hiring for 9-12pm Saturdays and Sundays

We are seeking a friendly and professional Pool Deck attendant to oversee the swimming pool as well as converse with parents to answer any questions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to manage parent interactions efficiently. This role offers an engaging environment where guest services and management skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. The Pool Deck attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Welcome children and parents upon arrival and ensure they are aware of pool rules and safety guidelines
Direct teachers and children to their lanes promptly
Approach parents to discuss any queries as well as being an approachable individuals whom parents can talk to.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or management is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills and the ability to enforce rules consistently and fairly
A proactive attitude towards client satisfaction
Flexibility to work weekends as required

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
