Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position with travel to our Leatherhead office.

Your future duties and responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a highly customised Siebel CRM solution within a secure Defence environment. You will take ownership of technical deliverables, applying your expertise to design, configure, and optimise system components while ensuring alignment with established standards and best practices. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will help shape solutions that deliver real operational value and continuous improvement.

You will be encouraged to bring forward ideas, solve complex challenges, and refine system capabilities, supported by a culture that values innovation, accountability, and shared success. Your work will directly influence the performance, scalability, and reliability of critical systems.

Develop & Configure Siebel solutions using Siebel Tools and best practices

Design & Implement eScript, workflows, and technical components

Integrate & Optimise systems using EAI, EIM, and cloud-based services

Collaborate & Deliver alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Analyse & Resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance

Enhance & Maintain existing Siebel implementations for continuous improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong hands-on experience in Siebel development, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution design. You will be comfortable working in secure, structured environments and able to contribute effectively within a collaborative team while taking ownership of your work.

Strong experience in Siebel Tools configuration

Proven expertise in Siebel eScript and workflow development

Experience with Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and EIM

Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL

Experience working with Oracle Cloud environments

Demonstrable experience in Siebel CRM development (2017 or later preferred)

Experience integrating Siebel with cloud infrastructure
