Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled yard operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have farming/machinery/forestry experience and be confident in operating various tractors, trailers, telehandlers and forklifts and have sound mechanical knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities
- Operate farming/machinery confidently and proficiently.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and storage.
- Manage yard duties including cleaning, tidying of workshop and vehicles.
- Assist with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in operating farming/machinery
- Experience with materials handling and have an eye for detail.
- Mechanical knowledge
- Be fit and able to be on your feet and perform lifting safely and efficiently
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
