£14–£15 per hour dependant on experience + commission + excellent progression opportunities

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Trainee Skin & Laser Therapist to join our growing aesthetics clinic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the skin and laser industry in a supportive, high-standard clinic environment.
The role will involve working closely alongside experienced practitioners while receiving ongoing training and development in advanced skin and laser treatments.
About the Role
- Part-time position – 20 hours per week
- Potential to increase to full-time hours following successful training/probation period
- Includes evenings and/or weekends where required
- Performing and assisting with advanced skin and laser treatments including:
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Dermaplaning
- Laser Hair Removal
- Lymphatic Massage
- Supporting consultations and client journeys
- Providing exceptional client care and aftercare advice
- Maintaining treatment rooms and clinic standards
- Assisting with skincare recommendations and retail sales
- Creating social media content including treatment videos/photos and clinic content
- Building strong client relationships and client confidence
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Genuine passion for skin health, aesthetics and client care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence being involved in social media content creation
- Reliable, organised and motivated attitude
Preferred (but not essential)
- Previous laser experience
