We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing, full-service digital marketing agency.

We’re based in Maidstone Studios and we’re in there Monday-Friday because we love our hi-spec, comfortable office space. We’re looking for someone who would be office based, so we can work closely, as a team. We appreciate that everyone has a life outside of work, so we offer flexitime, and we are open to discussing any flexible requirements you may have, but just to be clear, this isn’t an opportunity for a fully remote role (sorry if that’s what you were looking for and have read this far).

We specialise in marketing for the construction industry and are growing rapidly thanks to exciting client wins and ambitious projects. As demand for content continues to increase, we’re looking for someone who can help us create exceptional content and social campaigns for our clients.
What is the role?
This isn’t a traditional social media management role.
We’re looking for someone who can take a project from idea to execution.
One day you might be visiting a construction site capturing photography and video content. The next, you’ll be back in the office editing content, designing graphics, writing copy and managing client social media channels.
You’ll be responsible for creating content that makes our clients look bloody brilliant.
You’ll work closely with our client services, content and technical teams to plan and produce content that delivers real results.
Do you need to know about the construction industry? Absolutely not. And if you don’t, we can teach you. It’s not as boring as it sounds! In fact, it’s the most complex and inspiring industry there is (but we’re biased of course).
That means:
- Visiting client sites to capture photo, video and drone content
- Creating engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Editing videos that people actually want to watch
- Taking and editing professional photography
- Designing social graphics and creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Writing captions and content that don’t sound like they were written by ChatGPT in 2023
- Planning content calendars and campaign ideas
- Working closely with our team and clients to bring ideas to life
- Keeping up with social trends without trying too hard to be trendy
- Helping clients tell their story in a way that’s engaging, authentic and effective
What we’re looking for
We’re interested in people who can demonstrate creativity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Photography and videography experience
- Video editing experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom
- A good eye for design, composition and storytelling
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience flying drones and holding relevant certifications
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Experience creating content for B2B businesses
- Knowledge of the construction industry (although we’ll happily teach you this)

Salary: £32,000–£42,000 depending on experience.
