About Toucan Glass

Toucan Glass is a growing manufacturer and installer of high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows, doors and glazing solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service, and we're looking for experienced installers to join our expanding team.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Self-Employed Window & Door Installer to carry out the installation of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, bi-folds, sliding doors and associated glazing products across domestic and commercial projects.

Working to a high standard, you will ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently and with excellent attention to detail, leaving customers with a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

Install uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
Install bi-folding doors, sliding doors and glazed products.
Remove and dispose of existing frames where required.
Ensure installations are completed to a high standard.
Carry out final adjustments and quality checks.
Identify and report any site issues before installation.
Complete any remedial work as required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service whilst on site.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

Proven experience installing windows and doors.
A strong understanding of glazing products and installation methods.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence.
Their own van and tools (vans available to hire)
Public Liability Insurance.
A valid CSCS card (preferred).
MTC card or relevant industry qualifications (preferred).
