Hours: Full Time – 44.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (07:00 – 17:00, 16:30 finish on Fridays)
Salary: £13.00 per hour

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with experience driving 3.5-tonne vehicles
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting, including 19-litre water bottles and water dispensers
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel throughout London and the South East
- Flexible approach to work, including occasional support in production, servicing, or workshop activities
- Basic plumbing experience desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

We are a well-established, family-run water bottling and dispenser company based in Crowborough, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Installation Technician to join our friendly team.
This is a varied and rewarding role combining multi-drop deliveries with the installation, servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of bottled and mains-fed water dispensers. You'll be working across London and the South East, building strong relationships with customers while delivering a high standard of service.

About the Role
The primary focus of this position is the delivery of 19-litre spring water bottles and the installation and servicing of water dispensers at customer premises. You will drive one of our company Mercedes Sprinter vans and represent our business professionally at all times.
Please note that this role involves regular heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the day. Successful applicants must be comfortable with the physical demands of the position.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Duties
- Complete multi-drop deliveries of bottled spring water to customers throughout Central London, Greater London, and the South East
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
Installation & Servicing Duties
- Install, clean, service, and repair bottled-fed water dispensers at customer premises
- Install, clean, service, and repair mains-fed water dispensers
- Carry out basic plumbing connections and maintenance work
- Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards
Additional Responsibilities
- Cover delivery routes for other drivers when required
- Assist in the production area or workshop during quieter periods
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in a clean and professional condition
