Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full Time Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, negotiating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive environment, contributing to the growth of our organisation. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using organisational tools.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns to attract new clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
A minimum of 1 years experience in a Sales role is essential
Full Driving Licence and vehicle owner
Team Player

Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
