*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Woodham*
*Part Time Position - Monday-Wednesday & Occasional Saturdays*

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Woodham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the South Woodham Ferrers area.

You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Amit Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to South Woodham station and with parking nearby.

The working hours for the position are:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays (8.30AM-5.30PM)
Occasional Saturdays (8.30AM-2PM)

Key Responsibilities

Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
Experience within a busy practice environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
