Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arborist Team Leader / Climber to join our growing tree services team.

This is a permanent, full-time employed position and a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, responsibility and the chance to develop their career with a growing company.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants more than just another climbing role — someone who can lead from the front, take ownership of jobs and help us grow and develop the tree side of the business.

The Role

Lead the tree team on site and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Carry out climbing, pruning, reductions, dismantling and removals.
Organise jobs and help the team work safely and efficiently.
Communicate professionally with clients and site staff.
Help train and develop less experienced team members.
Work with management to help improve and grow our tree services.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is an experienced and confident climber with relevant arboricultural qualifications.
Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.
Is reliable, organised and comfortable leading a team.
Can think for themselves and solve problems on site.
Has a positive attitude and works well with others.
Has the ambition to take on more responsibility as the business grows.
Holds a full UK driving licence.

Additional qualifications such as rigging, MEWP, chipper, stump grinder, first aid would be an advantage.
