We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Yardman Operative / FLT Driver to join our busy team at Severnside.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with competitive pay and the opportunity to play a key part in the smooth running of our transport operation.

- Flexible start time:
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 09:00 – 17:00
- 8-hour shifts
- 5-day working week
- Monday – Friday: From £12.71 per hour
- Saturday: £15.89 per hour
- Sunday: £19.07 per hour
- Enhanced rates available for experienced FLT Drivers
- Operating a Forklift Truck to safely relocate deliveries and trailers around the site
- Supporting the efficient movement of goods within the yard and garage areas
- Washing and cleaning HGV trailers to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Reporting any vehicle, trailer, or equipment defects
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Previous FLT experience preferred
- Valid FLT licence/certification advantageous
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support wider yard operations
- Consistent full-time hours
- Monday-to-Friday work pattern
