About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and growing the Springer Health+ and Adis brands across our global, local, and journal portfolios.
You will deliver integrated B2B marketing programmes that strengthen our position as a trusted partner in healthcare communications and scientific engagement. You will work at the intersection of science, content, and marketing—translating complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and scientific audiences.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare communications, scientific publishing, or medical education who combines strong marketing capability with scientific literacy and a collaborative mindset.
About You
You are a commercially minded and intellectually curious marketer with strong scientific literacy and a passion for translating complex ideas into impactful marketing.
You are confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by delivering measurable results.
Role Responsibilities:
Brand & Communications
Support PR, external communications, conference activity, and industry engagement to raise brand visibility
Thought Leadership & Content
Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and commercial stakeholders to develop high-quality, insight-led content
Create compelling marketing assets, including white papers, reports, webinars, articles, case studies, and executive communications
Embed AI-assisted tools to support content ideation, research, and scalability, ensuring accuracy and editorial quality
Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, email, social, and partner channels
Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with commercial, editorial, scientific, and product teams to align marketing activity with strategic goals
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential
Experience in healthcare communications, scientific publishing, medical education, or a related field
