Job Title: Workshop assistant

Location: Espersykes Farm, Old Malton YO17 6RE

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day working week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

With vast experience within our team, we come together to create a robust engineering business. We specialise in welding fabrication, machining, and precision folding.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable workshop assistant to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & checking components
Finishing and cleaning stainless steel
Driving vans & making deliveries
Assembling components
Following basic engineering drawings for assembling components
Operating CNC machinery
Keeping workshops tidy
Follow engineering instructions to meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Skills & Experience:

On site training will be given for the role
Ability to understand and follow basic engineering drawings.
Experience working in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work well within a team.
