Lead Dental Nurse – Full-Time

We are a modern, well-organised, independently owned dental practice in Tewkesbury, looking for an experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our growing clinical team.
This is a role for a nurse who enjoys structure, leadership, autonomy, and high clinical standards. You will work closely with the principal dentist to shape the clinical environment, support the nursing team, and ensure smooth daily operations.
What you will lead
- Clinical standards, cross‑infection, and compliance
- Chairside support across general, restorative, surgical and Invisalign
- Daily room setup and clinical flow
- Supporting and mentoring junior/trainee nurses
- Stock control and ordering
- Coordination of clinical diaries and room allocation

- GDC‑registered dental nurse
- Strong clinical experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Confident with cross‑infection and compliance
- Organised, proactive, and able to lead calmly
- Someone who enjoys improving systems and supporting others
- A nurse who takes pride in high standards and professional communication
