About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment by maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service allocated guest rooms to hotel standards.
Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, and guest areas are presented to the highest level of cleanliness.
Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Team Leader.
Use housekeeping equipment and cleaning products safely and correctly.
Report maintenance issues, damage, or faulty equipment promptly.
Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
Follow all health and safety, fire, security, and hotel procedures.
Maintain a professional appearance and wear the correct uniform.
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond courteously to guest requests.
Attend training sessions and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and departmental performance.

What We're Looking For Essential

Excellent attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to customer service.
Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Desirable

Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience.
Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Schedule

Day shifts.
Weekend availability required.
