No More Digging Wales installs ground screw foundations - a faster, cleaner alternative to concrete - across Cardiff, South Wales and other parts of the UK. We're part of the national RADIX installer network and we're growing. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking installer to take on ground screw contracts and deliver them to a high standard. Full training in ground screw installation is provided, so you don't need to have done it before.
The work:
- Carrying out ground screw installations on residential and commercial sites
- Delivering each contract to specification, on programme, and to the required quality
- Operating ground screw installation equipment (full training provided)
- Co-ordinating with other operatives on site to complete the works
- Liaising with the site contact to ensure the job is delivered as agreed
What we're looking for:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic — this matters to us more than anything
- A positive, can-do approach and willingness to take ownership of a job
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work in all weathers
- A full UK driving licence
- Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work
You don't need ground screw experience — we'll teach you everything. If you've worked in groundworks, construction, fencing, plant, or general site labouring, that's a real advantage. But the most important thing is that you're dependable, fit, and have the right attitude. Show us that and we'll train you up to lead your own installs.

We install ground screw foundations across a real variety of projects — from solar farms and commercial developments to bridges and boardwalks — so no two weeks look the same. As we grow, there's scope for the right person to get involved in more than just installation, including site surveys and wider project work. Engagement and payment is handled through our CIS partner, Indigo Group, who'll get you verified and set up. You'll need to be self-employed with a UTR (or willing to register) and have the right to work in the UK
Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
