Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions.
- Provide information and answer questions regarding charities to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
- Continuously learn about new campaigns and sales techniques to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to engage with customers face-to-face
- No prior sales experience required; training will be provided
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing sales techniques
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment
