Full job description

Based in Glossop, the Business Analyst role supports how we bring products to life at Flair by making sure our systems work smarter behind the scenes. It's about turning everyday needs into simple changes that make a real difference, helping colleagues work more easily and making sure each improvement supports the craft and care behind every product we create.

What We're Looking for...

Experience in a business analyst or systems-facing role
Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation and UAT
Able to work closely with stakeholders to clarify what's needed
Comfortable supporting testing, go-live and adoption
Clear communicator with strong organisation and follow-through

Even Better If You Bring...

Experience on ERP or cross-functional system projects
Familiarity with Agile delivery or hybrid methods
Confidence writing user stories and test scripts
Used tools like Jira, Smartsheet or Power BI
Understanding of retail, supply chain or commercial systems

What You'll Be Doing...

Defining and documenting clear, testable system requirements
Supporting teams to articulate what's needed and why
Writing user stories, test scenarios and success criteria
Helping manage UAT, issue tracking and resolution
Supporting the rollout of new tools and ways of working
Keeping our project documentation structured and up to date

Salary: \u00a340,000 - \u00a345,000

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working: While you're finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 - 15:30 Monday - Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you'd be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
