Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the chiropractic staff and ensure a welcoming environment for our patients. Our clinic provides itself on creating a friendly environment so it is essential that you can positively contribute towards this, Your understanding of anatomy will be helpful as you assist in various tasks that contribute to the overall patient experience and clinic operations.
Duties
- Create a warm and friendly atmosphere for patients
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and managing inventory of supplies.
- Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming and supportive for all patients.
- Assist in the booking of new patients
- Assist in getting patients onto a membership plan of sessions
Skills
- good knowledge of anatomy to assist effectively in patient care no essential but preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and staff.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Sales, be able to communicate effectively getting patients to commit and trust us with their care
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
