Job Overview
Portus Supported Housing are revolutionising how we deliver our repairs and maintenance services and entering a new phase of operational alignment and service excellence. As part of this transformation, the Plentific Implementations Officer will play a critical role in championing and onboarding our customers onto our property maintenance system “Plentific”.

This role is responsible for training and onboarding all Care Providers and selected customers onto the Plentific platform, enabling them to raise and track responsive repairs independently. Working alongside our property services and customer experience teams, you will ensure the system is fully integrated, user-friendly, and aligned with our operational goals. Your work will directly support improved

Home based with frequent travel across England and Wales. 35/40 Hours per week.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the rollout of Plentific to all Care Providers and eligible customers.

Set up user profiles, permissions, and workflows within the system.

Design and deliver training sessions and create user guides tailored to different stakeholder groups.

Monitor usage and troubleshoot issues, escalating to Plentific support where necessary.

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, Care Providers, and Plentific representatives.

Track implementation progress and report on adoption metrics and system performance.

Collaborate with IT and service delivery teams to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.

Gather feedback from users to inform future improvements and support needs.

Experience

Experience in system implementation or digital onboarding projects - Essential

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Essential

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently - Essential

Familiarity with property maintenance or responsive repairs workflows - Essential

Confident delivering training and support to diverse user groups - Essential

Previous experience with Plentific or similar platforms - Essential

Understanding of care provider operations and customer service environments - Essential

Project management certification or experience - Desirable

Full clean driving licence - Essential

Pay: £36,600.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
