Classic Football Shirts is searching for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join its highly rated Customer Service team for a temporary period, to help us with a very busy summer because of the World Cup. The role is expected to terminate on or around 28th August 2026.
Location: A mixture of CFS HQ, Hyde and remote.
Free Parking is available on site, and location is serviced by two local train stations with 10-12 min access to Manchester city centre.
Hours: Full-time - 39 hours, 5 days per week Monday to Saturday. When working Saturday, you will be off one day during the week. Candidates who cannot work two Saturdays per month should not apply. There will be an opportunity to work 2 days from home per week once training has been completed.

The role: Customer Service Advisor
A hard working and friendly individual is sought for our highly rated customer support team.
You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, process returns and perform administrative tasks to a high standard.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service we provide to our customers and would expect a similar ethos from the successful applicant.
While knowledge of football’s teams and brands is helpful, it isn’t essential for this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries and resolving issues by email, phone, social media, and live messaging services
- Maintaining Classic Football Shirts’ reputation as a provider of world-class customer service
- Performing administrative tasks
- Processing returns

- Proficient typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A basic knowledge of football’s teams and brands
- Previous Zendesk or other CRM experience is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of a second language is desirable but not essential
