Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative E-Commerce and Digital Growth Manager to lead our online sales strategies and digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive the growth of our e-commerce platform by developing impactful marketing campaigns, optimizing user experience, and leveraging data analytics to maximize revenue. You will oversee a team responsible for content creation, SEO, social media management, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence and accelerate brand growth in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing to attract and retain customers.
Optimize website performance using SEO best practices, WordPress management, and analysis of user behavior through Google Analytics.
Lead content creation efforts including copywriting, product descriptions, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop to enhance brand storytelling.
Oversee social media management to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Lead a team of marketing professionals by providing guidance, fostering innovation, and promoting organizational growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in management roles within e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Proficiency in WordPress website management and Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated copywriting experience with a focus on engaging B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
Solid understanding of email marketing platforms and B2B marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across diverse teams.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights and inform strategic decisions.
Leadership qualities with experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical proficiency in IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations.
Excellent time management skills combined with organizational abilities to meet deadlines consistently.
