Package: £27,000 base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £38,000–£42,000 in year one, £60,000+ in year two) Hours: Full-time, permanent Type: Permanent

Trainee Recruitment Consultant — Manchester

Our clinet is hiring ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester team. No experience needed — just drive, a competitive streak, and the hunger to build a genuine career in sales. We'll give you the training, the tools, and an uncapped commission structure. You bring the graft.

What you'll do

Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle from day one — sourcing, pitching, and placing candidates
Build relationships with candidates and clients over the phone and in person
Win new business and manage your own desk as you grow
Hit activity and billing targets, with clear rewards for doing so
Work in a fast, sociable, high-energy team that celebrates wins

What you'll need

Drive, resilience, and a genuine appetite to earn
Confident communication and a competitive mindset
No recruitment experience required — a sales, retail, hospitality, or sports background all translate well
The commitment to put the effort in early for the payoff later
