commercially minded Property Investment Advisors to join our growing team.
This is not a standard 9–5 sales role.

The opportunity
As a Property Investment Advisor, you will advise UK and international investors on off-plan and
investment property opportunities, helping clients understand the market, compare
developments, and make confident investment decisions.
You will be joining a business with global reach, established credibility, strong systems, full
training, lead support, and a commission structure that rewards high performance.
Commissions can be up to 60% of the fees, with the average gross fee in the business around
£25,000. For the right person, this is a role where earnings can become genuinely significant.
We are particularly interested in speaking with people who have worked in UK off-plan property
investment businesses, similar to companies such as Knight Knox, RW Invest, and other
property investment sales agencies.
What you’ll be doing
You will speak with investors from the UK and overseas, understand their goals, and present
suitable property investment opportunities.
You will manage leads, build relationships, follow up professionally, and guide investors through
the reservation process.
You will work closely with our leadership, sales support, developer partners, global offices and
back-office team to deliver a high-quality client experience.
You will also build relationships with introducers, partners, and global referral sources as Nelson
Park continues to expand its UK presence.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for people who are ambitious, resilient and motivated by high earnings.
You may already have experience in:Property investment sales
Off-plan property sales
Buy-to-let investment sales
New homes or developer sales
Estate agency
Financial sales
High-ticket consultative sales
Investor relations or business development
Property experience is helpful, but attitude, hunger and the ability to build trust with investors
are just as important. Full training will be provided.
The right person will be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with high-net-worth and
overseas investors, and willing to work outside traditional office hours when required. This role
involves working with global clients and partners, so flexibility, professionalism and strong
communication are essential.

This role is best suited to people who are serious about performance.
The hours are not simply 9am–5pm. You will be working with investors, partners and introducers
