Essential Ingredients

Able to work one either a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 2 days/2 nights 6am-6pm/6pm-6am
Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story. As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.
