Role: Learner Services Administrator

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £25,515 - £26,155 FTE (pro rata rate £22,654.38 - £23,222.62)

Pension contribution:15% (FTE)

Location: Stretford Campus

The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced Learner Services Administrator to contribute to our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures.

About The Role:

To support the Learner Services department in providing high quality information, advice and guidance for all queries

To provide confidential administration for learners, parents/carers where appropriate

To provide administrative support where required to the wider Learner Services team

About you

You will be passionate about supporting learners in ensuring they have the right advice and access to internal and external services to enable them to become their best selves during their time in college

You will have strong administrative skills with experience in software such as ProSolution, ProMonitor as well as Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.

You have strong customer service skills and be able to work with discretion and provide a confidential service where required.

You will have experience in organising diaries and coordinating events

You will be a team player who communicates effectively within the team and contribute positively to the busy department, demonstrating resilience and a learner focussed approach to queries and challenges.
