We're hiring Retail Sales Assistants in Manchester. This is a customer-interacting role where you'll spend your day speaking with customers, understanding what they need, and helping them find the right products or services.

No previous retail experience is required. You'll receive structured training and ongoing support, with opportunities to progress as your skills and confidence grow.

Your Day-to-Day

Interact directly with customers and create a welcoming experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly.
Answer questions and provide helpful information.
Support customers throughout their shopping experience.
Assist with sales and promotional activities.
Maintain organised product displays and a professional environment.
Handle routine customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Work with colleagues to achieve daily objectives.
Build your product knowledge, communication, and sales skills through training.
