ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for leading and optimising operational processes within B2B, wholesale and retail replenishment operations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

End-to-end operational ownership across B2B and Retail channels.

Manage 3PL relationships for B2B fulfilment and retail replenishment.

Lead capacity planning and workflow optimisation.

Drive readiness for new B2B partners and retail expansions.

Develop and implement scalable operational processes.

Partner with cross-functional teams.

Own operational budget.

Analyse operational data for improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Experience leading B2B operations and retail replenishment.

Experience developing and improving systems and processes.

In depth knowledge of wholesale fulfilment.

Experience partnering with 3PLs.

Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems.

Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.

Experience in fast-paced environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
