Programmatic Manager

Manchester City Centre – Hybrid

The Agency:

A global media agency with a talented, collaborative team based in Manchester City Centre.

They work with household-name clients, and the account you’ll join is no exception; a high-profile, national brand that is culturally significant and iconic. If you’re an experienced Programmatic Manager looking for variety, challenge, and the chance to deliver industry-leading work, this is the role for you.

The Role:

As Programmatic Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing campaigns across the main brand and its sub-brands, each with distinct audiences and verticals. You’ll activate across multiple DSPs including YouTube, DV360, Teads, LadBible, Amazon, and GumGum. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where best practice, process, and innovation are key, and where your expertise will directly influence campaign performance and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead programmatic campaigns end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, performance, and timely client feedback.
Identify, implement, and manage testing opportunities, optimisations, and post-campaign analysis.
Translate client objectives into clear, actionable plans for the wider team.
Maintain high standards in client communication and deliverables.
Mentor Senior Executives and Executives, supporting junior team members alongside the Director.

Requirements:

Proven programmatic experience across multiple formats: display, video, mobile, native, rich media, and emerging channels.
2+ years’ hands-on trading experience on major DSPs, such as DV360, YouTube, Amazon, The Trade Desk, Teads, and Yahoo.
Ability to produce innovative media plans, audience forecasts, and insight-led reporting.
Confident client-facing specialist, acting as an agency ambassador and contributing to a strong internal and external culture.

Pay: £40,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
