As Senior Marketing Manager – Commercial Solar, you will own the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar demand generation strategy end-to-end, driving pipeline growth among commercial property owners and business decision-makers.

You will plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns mapped to a long, multi-stakeholder sales cycle, working closely with sales teams to convert marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes.

A key part of the role is translating technical solar propositions into clear, credible messaging while developing sales enablement tools that guide buyers through the journey from awareness to decision.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver the C&I solar demand generation strategy end-to-end
Manage demand generation channels, campaign execution and performance evaluation
Develop and deliver marketing strategies for commercial solar retrofit and new-build projects
Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to long sales cycles
Work closely with sales teams (Photon Energy / EG Solar) to align targeting and messaging
Translate technical solar propositions into compelling commercial messaging
Develop sales enablement content to support the C&I buyer journey
Position the commercial solar brand consistently across the market
Deliver campaigns end-to-end (brief, build, launch, optimise)
Track performance, attribution and pipeline conversion with marketing teams
Use market and customer insights to refine targeting, messaging and spend
Collaborate across the B2B marketing team on strategic initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong B2B marketing experience within commercial or industrial sectors
Experience managing full customer journey and sales pipeline for high-value solutions
Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development
Knowledge of commercial solar or high-capex technical sales environments (e.g. retrofit, kWp, DNO, MCS)
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
Strong commercial awareness and performance marketing capability
