Join the Total Sports Rehabilitation Team
Total Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sports Therapist or Sports Rehabilitator to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to establish themselves within a busy, professional clinic environment whilst building a long-term career in private practice.
We currently support over 300 appointments per month from a client base of more than 6,000 patients across our team of therapists. As the clinic continues to grow, we are looking for the right individual to grow alongside us.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate, professional, and driven clinician who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care whilst actively building and developing their own client base.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum BSc degree in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related field
- Be confident delivering hands-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation
- Have experience working within a busy clinic environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, proactive, and willing to contribute to the wider success of the clinic
- Be comfortable networking and building professional relationships to help grow their caseload
Availability
Availability is a key requirement for this position.
Preferred working days include:
- Mondays
- Tuesdays
- Thursdays
- Fridays
- Saturdays
The clinic operates extended hours, with some evenings running until 8:00pm. Flexibility to work evening appointments is therefore essential.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical records
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Manage your treatment room and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Contribute positively to the clinic environment and team culture
- Participate in business development and client retention activities

Essential Qualifications
- BSc Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, or equivalent
- Full professional insurance
- Membership with a relevant governing body
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications
- MSc Sports Medicine, Sports Rehabilitation, or related discipline
- Dry Needling Qualification
- Previous private practice experience
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting preferred
Location
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Manchester City Centre or be planning to relocate prior to commencing work.
