Wedding & Events Coordinator

Mytton Fold Hotel – Langho, Lancashire

Mytton Fold Hotel is looking for a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating unforgettable experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for coordinating weddings, private functions, and corporate events from the initial enquiry through to the big day, ensuring every detail is planned to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients and guide them through the planning process.
Coordinate weddings, celebrations, and corporate events.
Prepare event schedules and function sheets.
Liaise with suppliers and hotel departments.
Ensure smooth delivery of events on the day.
Build strong relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.

About You:

Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
