Job Duties:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business efficiency, productivity and profitability.
Monitor business performance using financial and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee workforce planning, staffing structures and resource allocation across the business.
Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures and quality assurance standards.
Manage procurement, inventory control and supplier performance to optimise operational efficiency.
Monitor budgets, expenditure and financial performance, recommending measures to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, allergen and regulatory requirements.
Lead staff development and performance management across operational teams.
Coordinate the implementation of operational systems and business improvement initiatives.
Liaise with external suppliers to support operational planning and business growth.

Lead sales, marketing and business development initiatives to increase revenue, expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

Salary: £75,000 per annum for 37.5 hours per week.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

Minimum of three years' senior operational or functional management experience within the hospitality sector.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Proven experience leading business operations, commercial strategy and organisational performance.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse operational performance and implement business improvements.
Strong leadership qualities with a natural ability to structure team shift patterns and keep staff organised under pressure.
Experience implementing operational compliance systems, including food safety, health and safety and quality assurance procedures.

Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance and operational risk management.

Pay: £75,000.00 per year
