Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Business Services & Operations Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing international business processes, ensuring seamless operations across borders, and supporting our financial services functions. Your energetic approach will drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and service excellence. Duties

Coordinate and oversee cross-border business transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
Support the execution of financial services activities, including invoicing, payments, and reporting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operational workflows and improve service delivery.
Monitor and resolve issues related to international shipments, customs documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed records of transactions, operational metrics, and compliance documentation to support audit readiness.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Provide timely updates on project statuses, operational challenges, and opportunities for growth to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in international business operations or financial services within a global context.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and cross-border financial transactions.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ERP systems, Excel, and other business management platforms.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Finance or related field preferred; certifications in financial services are a plus.
