Your impact in the role:
- Delivering a high-quality housing management service
- Supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with residents, contractors and partner agencies
- Identifying support needs and helping residents access the right services
- Encouraging resident engagement and community involvement
What you'll bring:
- Experience within housing, supported living, wellbeing, care or another customer-focused environment
- A genuine passion for supporting older people and local communities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding or health & safety is beneficial
