About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and highly organised E-commerce & Operations Assistant. This is a true "all-rounder" role that requires a mix of hands-on operations and digital creativity. We don’t expect you to be a senior designer, but you must have a "good eye" for aesthetics and the self-motivation to manage tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Responding to wholesale enquiries via email and phone with a helpful, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Creative Content: Designing 1-2 professional Newsletters per week and refreshing website Banners. You will also manage and update our Facebook and Instagram accounts to maintain brand consistency.
- Shopify Admin: Managing product listings (uploads, descriptions, pricing) and ensuring the website backend is accurate and up-to-date.
- Order Management: Efficiently handling order processing and despatching. This includes picking and packing orders accurately and coordinating with couriers to ensure our wholesale customers receive their goods on time.
Requirements:
- The Right Attitude: You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your work. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and do not require a daily "task list" to stay productive.
- IT Foundation: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with Shopify (or similar platforms).
- Creative Skills: Solid experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop to create clean, visually appealing digital marketing materials.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. You are able to draft professional emails to B2B clients independently.
- Reliability: High attention to detail, especially regarding order accuracy and professional presentation.
- Self-Management: Proven track record of taking initiative and solving minor operational issues independently.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:30 – 17:00 (Standard)
- Peak Season (Sept – Dec): 09:30 – 17:30 (Factor in the busy period; included in salary)
Salary: £24,500 – £27,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
