Your Role

We are now looking for a Parts / Stores Person to join our team, someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the vital role that parts availability plays in keeping our operation moving. This role is all about ensuring the right parts are available, in the right place, at the right time.

You will play a key role in supporting the factory, maintaining effective stock control, and contributing to a smooth, efficient operation, helping both colleagues and customers receive a reliable and professional service. As a Coolfreeze team member, you will contribute to the success of your department by delivering high standards and working collaboratively to get the job done.

Day to day you will:

Receive, check and book in deliveries accurately
Store parts correctly and maintain a clean, organised stores environment
Pick and supply parts to technicians and departments efficiently
Monitor and maintain stock levels, highlighting shortages proactively
Support stock control, stock takes and inventory accuracy
Assist with sourcing parts where required
Ensure all documentation and systems are updated accurately
Work collaboratively with workshop and office teams
Adhere to and champion health & safety processes and take accountability to maintain a safe working environment
Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace.

This role will be a great fit for you if:

Have experience in a parts, store environment
Have automotive experience
Have experience using Kerridge/Autoline
Have strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
Confident communicator who works well with others
Comfortable implementing, using and upholding stock control processes
A proactive, can-do attitude taking accountability for success
Takes pride in doing a great job
