About Us:
We are a busy and fast-paced transport company, committed to delivering reliable and efficient services to our customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working within a busy transport environment, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting both the operations and customer service teams.

esponsibilities

Handling general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal departments
Assisting with job bookings, scheduling, and tracking deliveries
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required
Managing and maintaining financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Assisting with payroll processing

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
