Storage Team Administrator- Manchester M22 4TE

Egerton's Recovery Group is the largest vehicle breakdown and recovery operator in the UK. Providing services to all the major breakdown organization's, removal services to government authorities and working with a range of local and national companies means our workloads are diverse and challenging. As part of the storage team, the role of Storage Administrator is to process payments to 3rd party garages and arrange collection of vehicles form said garages, monitor vehicles in storage and chase suppliers for updates. All computer systems are bespoke and full training will be provided. Based at Head Office in Manchester- M22 4TE

What we can offer you….

This is currently temporary position that could lead to a permanent position

Commencing salary £13.00 rising to £13.50 on passing probationary period

Monday to Friday- 9am – 5pm

Full time annual leave + bank holidays

What you will need…….

· Monitor vehicles in storage.

· Liaise with customers for authority to release vehicles.

· Liaise effectively with our customers and stakeholders

· Dealing with any queries and liaising with internal teams

· Processing supplier invoices

· Making and taking payments for the release and collection of vehicles

What you will need…….

· Have an attention to detail

· A high level of numerical accuracy when processing invoices

· Have a flexible approach and an ability to multi-task

· Computer literate incl. MS Office software

· Action customer queries in a timely and positive manner

· Good communicator

· Work under own initiative, review work load on a daily basis

previous experience in the recovery industry will be a distinct advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
