Enough about us, what’s the role?

Our Account Managers are given every opportunity to excel in their role. Alongside our Account Management team, we have dedicated Lead Generation, Income Verification, Payouts and Aftersales teams, resulting in minimal admin and maximum income potential.

There is no cold calling involved. All leads are hot and transferred from our Lead Generation team - the end-to-end turnaround times are fast and commission can be earned from the very beginning.

Engaging with customers, lenders and car dealerships, you will establish new relationships, gain more market share and drive company revenue all while ensuring our core mission is achieved: providing the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs and car buying preferences and providing them with support throughout the purchasing process
Efficiently manage your pipeline and new leads to ensure maximum conversion
Follow up with customers, dealerships and lenders when required
Conduct DPA and verify that clients meet the necessary legal and financial requirements for car financing, ensure all transactions comply with FCA regulations
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Stay up to date with various car financing trends, interest rates and changes to lender criteria, educating customers about the different financing products available and help them choose the most suitable one for their needs

What are we looking for?

Contagious positive energy and a professional, confident communicator in any situation; a natural salesperson
Sales / Account Management experience in the Car Finance industry with a strong track record of success
Meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills to enable you to run an efficient customer pipeline while balancing new leads
The ability to quickly build rapport over the phone with customers, lenders and dealerships
Resilient in the face of challenge and fast changes
Driven to succeed, enjoy working to targets and the buzz of a busy sales floor

Details:

£25,000 basic + uncapped commission – Average £70k - £75+ OTE
Working pattern: 09:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday – Saturday (you will receive a weekday off should you work a Saturday)
28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
