Role Purpose
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard. Follow good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times
What you will be doing
- Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
- Airside driving duties
- Use Ipad's or tablets if product dictates
- Use radios at all times for communication.
- Embrace change of airline procedures.
- Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
- Assist Controller, DM's & Management in ensuring the workplace is a safe environment to work.
- Additional duties - From time to time you will be expected to carry out duties as and when requested by a manager which are related to the services offered by this company, particularly during busy periods, foul weather conditions or to assist our customers at short notice.

- Full UK Driving Licence
