OTE £50,000 potential, £41,000 typical.
Basic Salary: £27,415 to £35,154, dependant on CeMAP qualification.

The Role
You’ll be target driven and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, all the while making sure the customers best interests are at the heart of what you do. This is a challenging, rewarding role where you’ll be supported in developing your skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of leads via multi channels
- Deliver excellent customer service through an evaluation of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best suited to them
- Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
- Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
- Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
- Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
Essential Criteria

Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, desirable, the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided).

A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role.

Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week*.
