Baler Operator - Seasonal
Glover Agricultural Services are seeking a baler operator to join our professional and friendly team. The main responsibility will be to operate our Fendt Heston Baler to bale straw in the swath on various locations in the East of England.
What we’re looking for…
The ideal candidate would have experience on how to operate the baler, together with understanding of moisture content and to have an understanding to ensure twine and any machinery malfunctions are dealt with.
The ideal candidate would also have a minimum of 1 years experience operating a Tractor - but Baler training can be provided for the correct candidate.
You must have a basic understanding of Health and Safety.
We require you to be a team player and flexible to work busy peak hours to suit the needs of the business and as the weather conditions dictate (which could sometimes require six/seven days per week).
A UK driving licence is required.
This role would be full time hours on a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension or a permanent contract. We offer competitive rates of pay to be discussed at interview.
