The Opportunity
We’re a proud, family run hospitality business, and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Assistant Manager to help lead the team at The Waterfront.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in busy environments, loves delivering exceptional guest experiences, and wants to be part of a growing business with long term ambition. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to maintain high standards across the venue, support and develop the team, and help drive the business forward.
Let’s be honest, hospitality is tough right now. But we’re growing. While others are slowing down, we’re opening new venues, investing in our people, and building something long term with a management team that actually stays. Low turnover, experienced leadership, and a clear sense of direction across all our sites means you’ll be joining a business where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy variety, and want to grow within a supportive and ambitious company, we’d love to hear from you.
