Internal Recruiter – Service Matters (3-Month Contract, Potential Permanent)

The Role
We’re hiring an Internal Recruiter to take ownership of hiring across three of the most critical areas of our business:
- Senior Management Team
- Engineers (field-based, technical roles)
- Business Development Managers (growth-focused roles)
This is not a passive recruitment role. We want someone who will actively build pipelines, challenge standards, and deliver results.
You will work directly with the Managing Director, giving you visibility, accountability, and the ability to make a real impact quickly.

- Clear reporting and visibility of recruitment performance
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role brief to offer
- Write and manage high-performing job adverts (Indeed and beyond)
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates effectively
- Manage interview processes with hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics and report directly to the MD
- Continuously improve recruitment processes in line with our Service Matters approach
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in recruitment (internal or agency)
- Experience hiring engineers, technical roles, or sales professionals is highly desirable
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Results-driven mindset — comfortable working to targets and outcomes
- Organised, structured, and data-aware in your approach
- Confident communicator who can represent the business professionally
- Comfortable working in an office-based, fast-paced environment
