Serenity Garden Rooms is a growing garden room construction company based in Mansfield. We design and build high-quality bespoke garden rooms across the UK.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual who wants to build real construction skills while earning.
This is not just a labouring job — this is a hands-on training opportunity in multiple trades, working directly under experienced Team Leaders on full cabin installations across the UK.
This job is a lot of fun for those that enjoy the satisfaction that comes from crafting with your hands.
The Role
You will assist in the full construction of garden rooms from groundwork through to final finish.
You will gain practical, on-site experience in:
- Carpentry
- Electrical wiring (under supervision)
- Dry lining
- Plastering
- Roofing
- Groundworks & foundations
- Window and door installation
- Flooring installation
Each project is built from scratch on site, giving you complete exposure to the build process from start to finish.
This role provides real-world trade experience that many people pay thousands of pounds for in college — except here you are paid to learn.

Working Away From Home
This role requires nationwide travel.

Pay
Pay is up to £15.52 / hour depending on age and experience, negotiable.
Paid weekly in arrears. 1 week in hand.
